Super Sweet Hokkaido Corn
Aloha Farm's Hokkaido Corn originated from Japan where it was first marketed as a fruit because it was so sweet. This bicolour corn can be eaten raw, or cooked. It contains high amount of folate, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C and is a good source of dietary fibre,
The corn is available in the dry season from June to October, and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week without losing the sweetness.
A1 Beef Tomatoes
Large, firm, meaty with a rich vibrant colour. Our A1 beef tomatoes are so sweet you can eat it straight from the plant, just like a fruit. They hold together well, and are perfect for salad, and are among the best tomatoes for eaten raw.
A1 beef tomato is available all year round. Fully ripe beef tomatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week without losing its freshness.
